Artfully captured — for this life and the next

Your wedding day is more than saying the words. It is the hush of a stone chapel, a veil lifted by the tramontana, travertine still warm at midnight, your nonna's laugh rising above the music. Long tables under the pergola. Fog sitting low in the Val d'Orcia while you get ready. Every frame a memory in motion — a sensory exhale of how it all felt, not just how it looked.

Momenti vissuti; ricordi custoditi.

Arte per
il cuore

Wedding photographer & filmmaker · Pienza

I'm here for the real stuff — the unclichéd and the unexpected.

The way you drift toward each other in the quiet pauses. A cheeky wink across the courtyard. The charged second before the vows when the whole borgo goes silent. The light, the dust, the wine, the dancing.

You won't just see your gallery — you'll feel it.

Weddings & elopements
in the Val d'Orcia

Whether you're planning a three-day celebration in a restored castello or dreaming of the two of you on a cypress-lined hill at first light, this day is yours — and no one else's.

Gently guiding you through each moment, my approach is centred on helping you feel grounded, relaxed and entirely present. A space to be nothing but yourselves, while I quietly gather the film of your life.

Ciao, I'm the eye behind Cine Pienza.

Born inside the travertine walls of Pienza, raised on pecorino, gossip Fellini and very long Sunday lunches. When I'm not shooting weddings you'll find me hunting fog at dawn on the Val d'Orcia roads, developing black-and-white prints in a tiny darkroom, or arguing that a cappuccino after noon is a crime.

I travel wherever your story leads — across Tuscany, Italy and beyond — so that one day, when the music fades and the flowers wilt, your film will hold what mattered most.

Lettere d'amore

Like stepping into a film

“We barely noticed the camera, and yet every glance, every tear, every ridiculous dance move is there. Watching our film feels like walking through Pienza all over again. Five stars aren't enough.”

Giulia & Marco — Pienza

The calm in our storm

“Rain, a late florist and a missing ring — and somehow the photographs are pure poetry. Calm, kind, funny and a genuine artist. Our families still talk about the sneak peeks.”

Emma & James — Montepulciano

Worth every espresso

“The black and white portraits of our grandparents are the most precious thing we own. Our nonni cried when they saw them. So did we. Grazie di cuore.”

Sofia & Luca — Bagno Vignoni

Non è solo un giorno —
è il vostro film.

It's not just a day — it's your film.

Because your wedding is more than just one day

Tell me where, when and who you are. I take a small number of weddings each year so every couple gets my full heart — e un buon caffè.
